US RETURNS

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from saans.com. However, in the event that you need to return your unworn items you can request a return via email. Please note that Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Once we have approved your request you will receive an email with a prepaid return label. If you choose to return items by another shipping method please insure the items for their retail value.

To return an order, please contact returns@saans.com and you will receive a return authorization number (RA) and a return shipping label.

Goods must be received within 21 days from the date of purchase for store credit or refund. Returned items must not have been worn, altered or washed, and should have all original tags attached. Shoes should be tried on on carpeted floors only and all packaging must be in original condition. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact.

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge; returns for a refund will require a handling & processing fee of $9. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

When returning goods which are bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly to reflect any failure to meet the original requirements for a discount/offer, as that discount or offer will no longer apply. 

RETURNS POLICY ON SALE ITEMS
For SALE items we shorten our returns period. You have 7 days (from the date the order arrives) to make your mind up about any order, during which time we’ll exchange or refund it, no questions asked. The seven-day return policy enables us to process returns and put them back into the sale section before the sale ends. Please note: Items marked Final Sale are non-returnable.

WAREHOUSE SALES / SAMPLE SALES RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final on our warehouse sale events. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt and can only be issued to your original method of payment. Please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.


EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on saans.com


GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be issued.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We do not price adjust at this time.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
All international orders are Final Sale and cannot be refunded.
